Wrong MRV Fee

I have my H1-B renewal interview today at the Chennai consulate and I realized at the last moment the travel agent I hired to pay the fee for the receipts had paid the fee for B1 Visa (6580 Rs.) and not the H1 Visa (7050 Rs.) - what is the best next step? I also do not have the green receipt.

Can be payable by DD

Called up the Visa helpdesk - they say the fee differentaial can be paid with a DD drawn from any of the Indian nationalized bank. The challenge now is all the nationalized bank open at 10:00 AM and my interview is at 9:30 AM... can I show up late for the interview?
