Expedite Interview Questions

I was supposed to leave US during the start of the pandemic as my Perm was not complete as expected but a few days before my journey Travel Ban came in place i struck there for little more that 2 months (on a B2 visa application) and then came to India eventually that led B2 visa denial as I was not able to attend an in-person interview at the regional center which was called for long after we left. Now i got my I40 and. my H1 Cap exemption is filed in premium and it should be here shortly as due to a refusal on my last visa i believe i am not a candidate for dropbox ..so I should opt for an in-person interview

Now both my kids are US Citizens and one of them is a school going kid with that as context Can I use the expedited request as a show cause he would be missing the School year (School starts on Aug 1st in the city we would be going )and vaccination as i was unable to find all the same vacs here in India also my elder ones immunity has been heavily compromised here in India he gets frequently frequent long term issues this was never the case in US ...Please let me know if you have some knowledge regarding this
