h1 question

Came to US on h1 in Jun 2005

June 2005 -> Oct 2006 Emp A
Oct 2006 -> Jun 2009 (with h1 transfer) Emp B
Jun 2009 -> June 2012 (got h1 extended) Still with Emp B

I am still on h1 with same Emp B.

Can I change my employer now? What will be the consequences?

---- Yes you can change There are no consequences. Just as changed from A to B so it is with B to C
