H1 and L1 Issue

Hi,

I am working in India in Company-A.

In 2008 quota my H1B was filed but didn't went for stamping.

In 2009 my Company-A filed my L1 and got stamping done which is valid till 2012. But till now it was not used.

Questions:
========

1) Will my L1 stamping had any impact on H1B approval notice?
2) Is my H1B approval notice still valid till 2011?
3) Can I go for H1B stamping with 2008 approval notice?
4) If I go for H1B stamping and got it done, will it effect my existing L1?

---- NO, H1 and L1 stamping are independent of each other and one does not affect the other

2) Is my H1B approval notice still valid till 2011?

---- You should be knowing the answer as you have the H1 approval notice in your posession. Check the validity dates


3) Can I go for H1B stamping with 2008 approval notice?

---- If your H1 petition is valid you can go for stamping

4) If I go for H1B stamping and got it done, will it effect my existing L1
