Can existing L1B visa be used for reenter US if even H1B is stamped in India?
Hello Members,
could you please help with query/situation I am having here.
I have valid L1B till July 2022 and also have H1B stamped in Mar 2022. Now, My passport both valid L1 and H1B visas stamped.
can I enter US with L1B ? and apply COS in US after some month?
This because I do not want to work for H1B employer immediately hence want to spend some time with L1B employer.
let me know if this is possible and also are there any issue/disadvantage with it.
