Hi,
My spouse, child and I are currently living in the United States. My spouse and I both are on H1-B status. My child is currently on H4 visa tagged as a dependent on my spouse’s H1-B.
My spouse is expected to travel to Canada soon, and he would stay there for a period of 12-14 months while being on Canada payroll. After this period he would return back to the US.
Do I have to transfer my child's H4 as a dependent on my H1-B (as my husband will not be on US payroll for next one year) ?
