complications after H1B approval ?

Hi to everyone who is trying their best to live their life they want,

My H1B transfer was approved 3 weeks ago, but I am still yet to receive the notice.
Can someone clarify some questions I have ?

1) Is it possible that my case can still get an RFE or can go into any complications after approval ?
2) How long does it take these days to get the approval notice in hand after approval ?

Three weeks isn't that unreasonable these days. If you've gotten an indication of approval, I'd not worry about it.
