Dear friends,
I did my masters in US and availed stem opt 27 months, and applied for H1b.
I was approved for H1b from Oct 2010. I was there in us all this time, due to personal reason I had come to India in May 2011.
in August 2011, appeared for visa and got query. I never responded to it and left it.
started my career in India and worked in different organisations till now.
So, I wanted to go back to US with the same i797 of 2010, by transferring my H1b.
Can this be possible?
how long my i797 will be valid
