Hi All, My work location has now changed from Office environment to Remote location. And the client office is out of state quite a few states over. I am going to discuss the H1 Amendment with our immigration department to get started with that. I was wondering with the amendment can we request 3 years from when the amendment is filed?? How does it work in case of amendments??
