URGENT Help Required! Validity Stamp Wrong

Hi,

I recieved my approval notice for my H1B this year. However the validity date is wrong in the same.
Validity From date is 10/01/2011 where as it should be 10/01/2010.

I need to appear for stamping ASAP . Can you please help how this can be corrected, will my employer has to get this corrected?
How long it takes for correction?
How quick this can be done.

Your employer has to get it corrected. They should contact their lawyer about it.
