Entering states on H1B in a different state

Hello,

I am on a H1B status and my wife entered with me on a H4 status on 6th August '10. Her Indian company has filed for an H1 on (August 17th '10). Now we are planning that my wife goes back and gets her H1 stamped, but we are not sure if the company is going to give her an opportunity in the same state where she came with me.

1. Is there an issue at the time of H1B stamping that she is going to be working in a diff. state than where she had gone before to the husband? To be more specific has anyone had the same situation before and if there were any issues ?

2. Will there be any issue at the port of entry (in a diff state) as to what the officer might question?

Where she entered in H4 doesn't matter. As long as her work location is same as the one specified in I-129 & LCA, she is good. If not, her employer will need to amend the H1B with new work details.
