When is the earliest/latest to enter US/Start H1B after being approved

Was selected for H1B and received the I-797B with Validity from 10/01/2022 - 09/30/2025.

My understanding is the earliest I can enter is 10 days before (Sept 21st, 2022) but I wanted to know the latest. Planning on starting later than October (December or January 2023), just want to make sure it will to effect my approval; since the company is flexible on the start date.
