New H1B case status- Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS

My company submitted new H1B petition on 28th June. Received submission notice on 14th July. The status changed to “
Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS”.
Has anyone received such status?
is this normal step or status of the processing?
when can I expect the case status change?
Any information regarding the same will b helpful.

All new H1B petition requests require a waiting period for approval. The best way is to wait. If it has not been resolved after more than 6 months, please contact the competent person directly
