H4 petition pending. Visa stamping.

Hello, my h1b is approved. spouse h4 and EAD is still pending. Can my spouse go for drop box with me in India when her h4 is still pending

There is no "H4 petition" Only her Extension of Stay is pending. Yes, she can always leave the US (abandoning the Extension of Stay) and get a visa.
