Impact on Pending H1b Petition
Hello . I have an approved H1b petition and have a dropbox appointment for Sep 12th 2022. But my company wants me to travel for 5 weeks on some urgent kick off meetings and knowledge transfer on Sep 1 . They are asking me to look at getting another dropbox date as long term onsite travel is not needed immediately. I have the following concern . Will my H1b stamping be impacted in anyway if I travel on my valid B1 Business visa for 5 weeks and then come back to India and seek a later date for H1 stamping interview ? Gurus , it will be great if you can answer this concern of mine . Thanks and Regards,
