    H1B Approved (Never used and never stamped) - Can transfer is possible ?

    Hi Friends,

    I have a situation which will need your attention.

    I have got H1B approval in 2020 which was never stamped and never used, I am on H4 status (EAD).

    My question is - Can i use the old petition and use it to transfer (Change of status from EAD to H1B) ?
