Enquiry regarding VIsa transfer

Hi,

My friend is working with company X on H1 visa and his Visa is valid till sept 2011. He is planning to change his company and go to company Y.

Now after his visa would be transferred and he would join company Y, if he comes to india in march 2011 then would he face some problems at the immigration counter at the time of going back from India as his H1 visa would be valid for just 6 more months. Please guide at the earliest.

---- As long as he has a valid vis stamped on his Passport he can always travel to the US till the expiry date of the visa
