Hi,
Inspite of knowing that being legal in US is all it matters, I have a quick question:- I would like to call my parents for the first in USA and
I am on H1-b since 2006, but the problem is:-
1. Right now my H1-B is in transfer process (transferring from one company to another).
2. And I do have my previous H1-B copy (I-797A) which is valid till 2012 and I-94 is valid till next 3 months .. but I am working with my new employer now ..
So if I call my parents I have to show them all my documents from my new employer like salary stubs, employment letter etc. but H1-b will be from my previous employer, is this possible?
I am bit more concerned as my parents are 70+ and they won't be able to go the consulate again ...
