Travelling when H1B about to expiry

Hi Experts,
my H1B expires on April 10th 2011. I'm planning to go to India on 17th Nov 2010 & come back on 21st Nov. will there be any issue at Port of entry ?

pls advise.

---- If you have a valid visa stamped on your passport, you can enter the US at any time. There will not be any issues at the POE
