My visa status has changed from F1 to H1B. My wife was on an F2 visa when I was on an F1 visa. My H1B visa has been activated from 1st October. But, I didn't apply for a status change for my wife (F2 to H4) till today(10/5/2022) because my company didn't send me any H1B related documents. I just received it today (10/5/2022). Since my f1 status terminated on 30 September, can I apply for the status change for my wife after 1st October?
