H4 visa rejection with 214(b) refusal.

Hello Everyone,

I am on h1b visa from this October and my husband recently gave h4 visa interview from Nepal but got rejected with 214(b) refusal which is not common for h4 visa. Can you please give me suggestions for further steps?

According to 9 FAM 402.10-10(A).c, an H4 who is the dependent of an H1b is only subject to INA 214(b) if they have not been able to establish a bona fide relationship to the H1b principal.
