H4 stamping before H1B stamping
Hello,
My wife is travelling to India and she has her H4 Visa dropbox appointment. I (H1B) am living in the US and I am not travelling. My petition is approved till 2025 July but I have not travelled to India after my extension and hence I dont have a Visa stamp. Since she is going for dropbox and I dont have the visa stamping yet, would it be an issue for her Visa to be stamped? I will be sending my approved I797A till 2025, her H4 approval notice (till 2025), my employment verification letter, my paystubs, my W2, my I129, LCA, my previous visa stamping(expired for both in July 2022), my passport copies and our marriage certificate. This question is because we have never stamped H4 before H1 previously and never used dropbox service
Any help on this is much appreciated
