Impact on First time ongoing H4 EAD application while changing employed on H1B
Husband's H4 EAD applied and waiting for decision. Meanwhile, Is it safe to change the current employer on H1B.
1.) will there be any impact on an ongoing H4 EAD application , if H1B spouse changes employer ?
2.) H1B/ H4 are expiring next year, I will get my H1B from new employer. Should my spouse wait to fall into 6 months window to apply for both his H4 extension and H4 EAD together ?
Or will that be better to apply H4 extension along with my H1B application and H4 EAD renewal later ?
