H1B Transfer - RFE (Premium Processing)

My H1B Transfer is under RFE (Premium Processing).
Usually, how many days it take to USCIS ?
to make a decision after responsing to RFE (Premium Processing)

No specific time. Usually, the clock is reset for premium until they recieve the response to rfe. You should get it within 15 days after they received your response or they can issue another RFE and buy more time.
