Hi
Here's my situation ,my husband is on L1(b) visa which will expire by the end of next yr , he is working as a business development mgr (not for IT co) .
While in abroad the L1(b) visa was applied as operations clerk but he was working as a executive there.
My question : Is it possible to apply for an L1(a) visa if not is there any other option you can suggest.
Experts pls advise.
