Hello all. I've finished my undergrad here in the US and I'm currently on stem opt. I plan to pursue an MS degree after my stem opt ends in fall 2024 so I never really wanted to apply for H1B yet but my employer is trying to get me to apply for it this year.

I wanted to see if anyone has been in this position in the past and share some insight on what they did. How hard is it to go from h1b to f1? Do you lose out on h1b years when you switch back to F1? Can I still participate in STEM OPT after my MS?
