Temporary Work Visa Information on DS160

What do you put in for the Name of person/company who filed petition? I work for a hospital which is affiliated to a Medical University and all immigration work is handled through the International Affairs Office at the university.
Where can I get this info for the DS160? Is it on the I-797A notice? Please advice

Your petition approval notice shouls have the name of the petitioner. Else, if you have a copy of the I-129 that they filed, that will have a name too.
