I am working in Pharmacy with active H1B visa( under CAP) for last 2 years, but I want to work in academics ( not under CAP) also, with other H1B visa. I want to know, if I can maintain both H1B visa at the same time. Working in the pharmacy on certain weekdays and rest in the academics. Thanks for your reply in advance.

Possible. If you are planning to work part time on both the H1B's, then both have to be approved to work part-time (less than 40 hours a week with a matching LCA) and the 2nd H1B petition should be filed as a CONCURRENT H1B.
