L 1 visa extention

my L 1 visa going to end on this sep 26 2010
didnot do nothing yet to extend because company i join for L1 shut down
so really cunfuse and scare didin`t understand what to do
is there any other cetegory i can apply for it ..
please advise me something

in united state only .. i know i m illegal now
but thats why i need yr advise is there any other thing i can do to still live in usa
is there any thing else i can do ?

You can do absolutely nothing at this stage other than to leave the country as soon as possible. A COS to any other status is not possible when you have already accumulated illegal presence. If you stay illegally for more than 6 months, you could get up to 3 year ban. For staying illegally for more than 1 year, you could get up to 10 year automatic ban from entering U.S.
