H4 EAD for Minors?

Hi,

My son turned 14 years old recently and he is on H4 dependent visa. He is interested in taking up part time jobs, internships where he will be paid nominal wage on hourly basis. He has ITIN number.

1. Does he have to have H4 EAD to work? or ITIN is good enough?
2. Is there any age limit to apply for H4 EAD?

Please advise.

H4 children cannot work, no matter the age. Only H4 spouses can get H4 EADs (and even then only when the H1b principal has an approved I-140).
