Transfer to another company while wife(H4) is in India

I am H1B holder from company A.
Me and my wife received extensions from USCIS through company A for the next 3 years for my H1 B in sep 2010.
My wife on H4 while leaving to India(Nov 2010) dropped this I94 at POD.she is currently in India and waiting to visit consulate for her stamping.
Now I want to move to company B and transfer my H1 and send my wife the new approval from B through courier to India.

can I go for a transfer when my wife is in India.
If yes then is it ok that she takes the new transfer copy from company B which I receive after approval for the stamping at the consulate. Will she have any problems with her stamping or while coming back from India bcoz she dropped I94 from H1 extension copy of Company A and will be going to stamping with transfer H1 copy of company B.

---- Surely, you can transfer your H1 to another company while your wife is in India. Theere is nothing that stops you from doing that

---- and yes, you can send the newe approved h1B petition to your wife for her to get the H4 visa stamped on her Passport

---- However, if she already has a H4 visa stamped on her Passport (evern if ir was from thte previous company) then she can show the new and valid H1 B petition at the POE and get a i-94 valid the the last date of your H1 petition.

---- That way she need not go for the H4 visa stamping
