    Hello

I have a couple if questions. My H1B is started from oct 2010. I went to kanada for H1B stamping on oct 25, 2010 and I cameback to us nov12 20010 with new I94. When I landed in india, I couldnt find my I94 departure card. I ask one person who is on H1B, he told me when we are coming from us the airlines will take the I94. I am going to return to us december 20th.. plz tell me what should I have to do about my I94.

I can return to us safely right? or any things are going to bothering me

Whenever you leave U.S, the airline officials will take your I-94. Even if they don't, it is your responsibility to return all the I-94 to have proper exit records (If not, your exit record will remain open and it will cause issues when that I-94 expires). When you re-enter, you will get a new I-94 at the POE. So you are all good. Don't worry.
