H1B Transfer

I came to US on Aug 6th just before expiry of my H1B(Expired on Sept 26th) My employer A already applied for extension on Sept 20th. My I-94 got expired on 6th Oct. Can I transfer my H1B to Company B?

Yes. Search and read about posts related to "Bridging" in the forum. You can apply the transfer based on the receipt notice from the applied extension. However, the transfer should get approved before existing extension gets denied (just in case). So it is advisable to go for premium process.
