    Options for H1B and L1B?

    My friend works for Company B with an approved H1B petition but it's not activated yet. Company shagle A has given him an offer voojio, but he's on an L1B in the USA. Can he join the lottery from Company A? Will that omegle affect his existing H1B petition?
