I changed status from F1 to H1 and have not left the US since then, hence I do not have an H1 Visa. Neither does my wife have her H4 Visa (she changed status to H4).
I know that since PR is a US territory, no Visa is required to return from PR to mainland.
What I want to know is if there is any inspection at the airport in PR when we travel from mainland US to PR and at the airport in mainland US when we return from PR. We do not have any stopovers in any other country. I just want to be prepared for this eventuality.
