Hi,
I have applied H1B in 2007 and got I129 document and in that my name was printed wrongly.My employer raised query regarding name correction in I129 document but there was no response. Now H1b was expired. Now my company is processing B1 for me with different documents(Professional experience). Experience letters which is submitted for h1b is completely different from B1.
now my doubt is that can we change the experience letters for B1 and process for B1 visa????
