Hi,
I am a foreign physician in USA now thinking about using immihelp for my immigration issues. I wanted to be clear in 2 issues before I proceed.
I read in your website regarding H1-B cap exemption that “if beneficiary had H1b in last 6 yr and has not left US for more than a year, he will be exempt from the cap”. Can u tell me how does it work? I am in USA for 5 years in H1 visa and have left the country for only 1 month. Will I be eligible for cap exemption?
Other question is I did residency 3 yrs in USA and after that I did 2 years of fellowship from a medical college here in USA…does this qualifies for US masters degree…and if it does and if I apply for the 20000 thousands masters quota of H1B, can I apply for and work anytime in the year or only in april and only start working in October??
Thank you so much In advance for your answers…I look forward to talking and working with immihelp soon.
