H1B amendment - Premium Processing time ?
Hi there,
Has anyone in the forum recently filed for an H1B amendment under premium processing ? The USCIS site says it takes 15 calendar days for premium processing but I am hearing that owing to the large number of backlogs and due to the holidays, its taking 6-8 weeks even for premium.
