If both husband and wife h1b selected in lottery

My wife and I were selected in H1B lottery for FY23-24 from general quota , sponsored by different employers. We are from India , never been to us till now.
I have few questions in mind.
1. Is it legal to enter as seperate h1bs?
2. Should we disclose this to our employers?
3. No need to add depeendents while filing the petition?
