Hi,
I am trying to submit a time recapture request as I am nearing the end of 6 years. In the past I lost jobs due to layoffs/covid..., does H1B status ends the day the employment is terminated? I know USCIS provide 60 days "grace period" but wondering for time recapture purposes they count employment termination dates (I received in the past email notifications from USCIS about H1B revocation once termination was completed)
