Hi Sir/Madam,
I have selected for H1b 2023 cap Process recently from my company, I'm from India
Query: My wife filed a 498A dowry harassment case on me, which is a false accusations because her father is attorney they know all loop holes and filed a false case on me, with mutual discussion resolving the issue by paying some amount to her. but the process to withdraw the case on me and getting divorce will take time.
Since there is a case on me, will it be a problem for my H1b process ?
If there is a problem at which step i will get the issue ? I mean like during visiting the embassy or verifying background or during filing LCA, I-129, during visa interview, biometric check ? when exctly i will face issue ?
or there won't be any problem ? someone please help me on this. Thanks​
