H1-B approved and Green card processing started..issues with stamping in India

Hi everyone,

I have a problem, please suggest me...I have a week left

I have done my Master's in USA and I got my H1-B from a company in USA 6 months back and I asked them for my GC filing and they said they will file it in 2 weeks and they are making things ready for GC filing.

Now I have to go to India for H1 stamping, will that be ok if I go after my GC filed or will I be into trouble at US consulate in India as i already filed my GC?
else should I go get my stamping before my GC is filed?

Help me please..

H1B is a dual intent visa. So you will not have any issues. Also, the answer to the question "Has anyone ever filed an immigration petition on your behalf" can be answered "NO" until I-140 is filed.
