So my employer did not file amendment of location for me while i was working remote from another state. Now the time comes for Visa extension. The attorney says that since amendment was not applied on time i have 3 options from least to most risky:
Appy consular processing and i go back to my home country and get visa stamped and come back https://kodi.bio/
Apply forgiveness to USCIS and its upto their discreripn. If USCIS doe not agree i become out of status immediately
Apply H1B and LCA only
