Have my H-3 visa coming up. Was just wondering if anyone who's done it before could share some advice on this.
Also I notice on the official website that for the H category it says,
- Receipt Number for your approved petition as it appears on your Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Form I-129, or Notice of Action, Form I-797, from USCIS.
But my immigration lawyer said she's never sent anyone with only the receipt number, so it has me a little worried https://9apps.ooo/ .
Any help or advice would be appreciated!
