I'm about to get a new job. My current employment is on h1b. I found a new employer who is willing to sponsor an h1b transfer. However, I don't want to quit and go on the 60-day grace period just yet, just in case something happens (processing time takes too long, RFE etc). So I'd like to wait until the new h1b comes in, then resign from my old job https://vidmate.onl/ .
But once I get the new h1b, I will effectively have 2 h1bs (and 2 employments, both full time). How long can this overlap last, given that both h1bs were filed regularly (we are not going to file the new h1b under "New concurrent employment"?
