Drop box appointment for both H1B and H4 from different profile

Hi,

I booked visa drop box appointment for myself H1B and my wife H4 on the same day but from different profile (mean appointments booked with different user accounts.)
As I will be also in india and my visa stamping is not completed by the time of H4 stamping, will there any issue ?

Will we get 221g because of this reason?

Please suggest if you want me pre pone my appointment like 15 days before H4 appointment.
