H1B got wrongly approved with Change of status when applied for Consular processing
I am on L1B visa with Company A and applied for H1B with a different employer B under Consular Processing. The petition got approved wrongly as Change of status. I did not notice this until recently. How do I get this fixed through USCIS? I want my current status in L1B and not change to H1B. What are my options?
