DS 160 - Previous employment and education.

Hi, I was filling out two different DS160. One for myself and another for wife.

In my DS-160, form gave me opportunity to fill out my previous employment and education in US, I fill them out in my DS160. But it doesnt even asked for previous employment and education in my wife's DS160.

Does anybody else have seen similar situation? Any known issue with it?

I had the same problem and it seems that women do not have to fill previous employment and education section at all!! I just wonder why it looks different for men and women... any ideas?
