H4 Visa stamping - Yellow 221g issued

My Wife went to India for H4 visa stamping. we are in US for 10 years.
They issued the Yellow 221G form so it is under administrative processing.
I just realized while checking the document that, she took my kid's I797 instead of hers.
is that the reason the visa was not issued?
should I FedEx the original I797?
how long will it take to get it approved?
