H4 Visa Stamping

Hello,

I am currently working on H1B and in USA for last 2.5 months. I want to bring my wife here on H4, for that she has to go for stamping. I have gone through the list of documents required for H4 stamping, but i have few questions:

1. I was working only for last 2 months and have only two pays tubs. Is 2 pay stubs sufficient for my wife when she goes for H4 Stamping?

2. Since i was working only for 2 months, i don't have any tax returns related documents. I hope that is not mandatory?

3. My wife was working in India for last 4.5 years, when she goes for H4 interview would that be a problem if she says she is working in India currently?

Any help appericiated.

1. You should get paid from day 1. May not be an issue for H4.

2. No returns needed if you have not been here for a tax cycle.

3. No issues.
